Senior Ruby on Rails Developer/Guru | Dublin | €55,000 to €60,000

Devonshire is working with a leading Dublin based firm to set up a new division. This division will work closely with the Senior Management to focus purely on the prototyping and new product development using Ruby/Ruby on Rails.

You will be involved in the design, development and testing of world class social games following Agile (TDD) methods within a small, growing team. Using your technical expertise you will liaise with the internal business to map out sprint cycles, have a huge say in the technical aspects of the projects and mentor less experienced Rubyists as and when required.

For the right person there is an immense amount of scope to move up within the business and there is also certain amount of flexibility on salary.

Skills needed:

• 2/3+ years Ruby/Ruby on Rails commercial exposure.
• Linux, Ubuntu.
• MySQL
• TDD using RSpec
• JavaScript (JQuery/Prototype)
• HTML, CSS.
• Git/SVN
