Ruby on Rails Developer (2 x Senior)| London City | £45,000 + benefits

Our London based Media client require two Senior Ruby on Rails Developers to join their fast growing R+D division – ideally before the year is out.

The R+D team was set up in 2007 to enable to business to deliver internal solutions from concept to launch at ground breaking speeds. With the internal stakeholders backing – It’s now the fastest growing division within the organization.

This team works exclusively with Ruby/Rails to deliver internal and customer facing web applications within an Agile (BDD) environment. They use Mac OSX for development/Linux for deployment.

About you

• 2 years Ruby on Rails (v2.3/3.0)
• Good knowledge of Agile programming methods (SCRUM, TDD or BDD) #
• RSpec
• A solid understanding of MySQL database.
• Front-end scripting - Haml, Sass, JavaScript (i.e. Prototype, JQuery, Scriptaculous etc)
