Our client/partner operates within the finance industry. With offices in the UK and across the pond, the development team are looking for someone to join their London HQ to assist in the delivery of a top notch innovative web based system which is already making a huge impact on the way private equity firms, asset managers, strategic consultancies and corporate executives connect and “do business”.
Upon joining this small but fast growing Agile team you take responsibility for adding additional functionalities to the existing application, look at ways to improve existing features and driven the development of new web based projects within the first 6-12 months.
About you
• Must have 1+ year’s commercial Rails development experience
• Be interested in delivering robust, clean and secure code
• Have exposure to Agile (TDD/BDD) delivery methods using RSpec/Cucumber
• Have personal or commercial Rails project you can demonstrate to our partner
• Have a 2.1 or above in Computer Science (or related subjects)
