They are looking for Developers who want to bring ideas to the table during the daily stand ups/”Think Tank” sessions, evolve the backend architecture, work on varied frontend projects and create outstanding products for end users from concept to launch ensuring code output clean, well formed and not over-engineered. (Think DRY)

Hadoop/ Map-Reduce
MySQL, NoSQL, Linux
Agile, BDD, TDD, XP, Paired Programming

Haml, SaSS, JavaScript (Node.js)
