This sideline team develops applications which have a direct impact on the business. The majority of these internal applications are built from the ground up.
Your ideal skill set:
Ruby/Ruby on Rails
Knowledge of BDD/TDD/Paired Programming/ Continuous Integration methods
Strong MySQL Knowledge
JavaScript (Jquery, Prototype)
Git for source code management
